A New Home For Nyu Nyu Lwin

Over visiting teams’ last few trips to Myanmar, many of us visited Nyu Nyu Lwin’s home. She is a beautiful woman, considered “one of the prettiest girls” when she was young, who has a sickness that limits her ability to participate is many daily activities.  Because of this, her husband left her alone. Her sickness continued to worsen, and she stopped eating.

Visiting groups and local church members would visit Nyu Nyu, pray for her, and be encouraged by her steadfast obedience to God. We have recently received an update from Mission Myanmar that Nyu Nyu has been getting better and started eating again! During a recent trip, guests from New Zealand donated funds to rebuild her home! Her new home is higher off the ground and will be safer and better for her health. With leftover donation funds, Mission Myanmar is purchasing new clothes, vitamins, and food that she desperately needs. Thank you very much for sharing your love with us and Nyu Nyu, and partnering in His ministry.
